As part of the internal monitoring of the project (act6.3) and realization of the PoC project TorgSens (act3.5 and act3.6), representatives of the University of Kragujevac visited the University of Maribor on January 17 and 18, 2019. On that occasion, meetings were held with the members of the project team from Maribor related to the implemented project activities, applied quality control and procedures for technical and financial management. Also, aspects relating to the implementation of the PoC program, ie support to teams from Serbia in implementing projects in terms of consulting support, prototype validation, development of the commercialization strategy, etc., are also considered.

At the Creativity Center of the University of Kragujevac, held a training entitled "Introduction to 3D Tools and Training in 3D Scanning". Lecturer, Žarko Gavrilović, presented students with the basic elements of 3D tools, their interconnection and extensions with which they work.

The purpose of the meeting was to present project results produced during development of new legal documents and rules on national and institutional level to UNI structures. Main result would be clean and easy implementation of those newly developed rules on all UNI levels.

On the 16th of January, Ms. Jenny Sedov, the deputy ambassador of Israel in Serbia gave lecture on the Startup ecosystem of Israel. The lecture is organized by the Creativity center of UBG and Startup center of Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. It has attracted about 20 participants, coming from different faculties of UBG, as well as young entrepreneures.

The Competition for Best Student Ideas has been launched within IF4TM project, coordinated by the University of Kragujevac and funded by the European Commission within Erasmus+ program. The Competition is realized in partnership with 17 partners from six countries through seven local competitions in Kragujevac, Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Novi Pazar and Zrenjanin and National Final Competition to be held in one of these cities.
Students of bachelor, master and PhD studies of University of Kragujevac, University of Belgrade, University of Novi Sad, University of Nis, State University of Novi Pazar, Belgrade Metropolitan University and Technical College of Applied Sciences in Zrenjanin are eligible to participate.

The meeting was organized with the new management of TCAS to familiarize them with the project results and the foregoing activities regarding adoption of new internal regulatory documents and amendments of the already adopted ones. The purpose was to define the work groups and their tasks and the deadlines.

Creativity Center of the University of Kragujevac, together with SUFIN Student Union of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, organized a workshop "Development of new products and prototypes" on December 21, 2018. The workshop was supported under the Erasmus IF4TM project and the SUFIN project "Educate and forward, SUFIN is so worth it" supported by the Ministry of Education of Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.

On Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Faculty of Economics, the Creative Center of the University of Belgrade has been launched. All interested students will have the opportunity to implement their ideas there through the most modern technological solutions.
Thus, with the help of 3D printers, one of the devices in the Center, students will be able to make the first prototypes of their products.

The Executive Agency EACEA organised on 12-13 December at University of Sapienza in Rome the annual HERE conference on the theme "Capacity building for higher education reform: The impact of collaborative international projects". Since 2015, EACEA has approved 588 CBHE projects worth 522 million euros, out of which only 73 structural projects and 147 projects coordinated by universities from partner countries.
