European Researchers’ Night is an event dedicated to the science popularization and learning through fun. This is a unique opportunity to meet researchers, to talk to them and find out interactively what they really do for the society. A number of experiments, lectures, activities for children, visits to laboratories, scientific quizzes, games, competitions with researchers, is what expects visitors in the Night.
The Researchers’ Night is held each year throughout Europe and the neighbouring countries on last Friday in September.
This year, Researchers’ Night was held on Friday, September 30, 2016 in over 250 cities. In Novi Sad this event was held in BIG shopping mall, in the period from 16:00 up to 22:00h. Team from the University of Novi Sad, led by prof. Goran Stojanović, had 3 booths with interesting experiments for children to develop their creativity. It was excellent opportunity to present also ERASMUS+ project IF4TM and to promote establishment of Creativity Center at the University of Novi Sad, Novi Sad, Serbia.
