A joint meeting of partners on the IF4TM project, the University of Kragujevac and Business Innovation Center Kragujevac was organized on Friday, March 22, 2019, with three companies that are BICKG tenants, regarding their involvement in the Open Innovation Campaign (Act5.6).

The meeting was attended by:

• Prof. dr Vesna Mandic, project coordinator and member of the UKG team,

• Marko Vujnović, BICKG Director,

• Vojislav Veljković, a member of the BICKG team,

• Aleksandar Arsic, owner of I company director "Elpant"

• Zoran Vasiljevic, the owner of the company "Proenergy"

• Branimir Dženopoljac, director of ICT CS clusters

After the presentation of the Open Innovation concept, methodology and campaign implemented within the IF4TM project, by Prof. Mandic, the presentation of companies, their activities and the need to innovate the business followed. Through discussion three challenges for the OI were identified:

• Elplant Challenge: Graphical design of web and mobile applications + corresponding CSS MESPLANT system for interactive monitoring of the production process in accordance with the 4.0 Industrial revolution

• Proenergy challenge: Development of a software application for automated calculation of working hours (service prices) according to the specifications from the tender documentation for the execution of works in the construction industry

• ICT CS Cluster challenge: Conceptual solution for the redesign of the existing visual identity of ICT CS (website, facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedin, printed materials)

On that occasion, a joint work on the preparation of a call describing the challenges was agreed upon, on the basis of which students’ teams could apply for participation in OI campaigns, and also prepare additional presentations of the OI challenges at the UKG faculties.
