Open door of the UBG Creativity Center
On Thursday, 9.5. from 14.00 to 16.00, Creative Center opens the door to all students and professors of the University of Belgrade.
On the same day, from 16:00 to 18:00, a workshop called "Creative Hats" will be held, where students will have the opportunity to learn, but also try to make a whole campaign for a particular product / service.

Digital marketing lecture in CC UBG
On the premises of Creativity Center of UBG, Ms. Sila Ada held a lecture and workshop today on digital marketing. Ms. Ada is Teaching and Research Associate at Institute for Interactive Marketing & Social Media at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business).

EUROBOT national championship in robotics was held
In the Rectorate of the University of Novi Sad on April 6, starting at 8 am, the 17th national championship in robotics was held. The EUROBOT competition is intended for students and young people up to 30 years old who are engaged in amateur robotics.

Networking of Creativity centers of UBG and UNI
During two-day meeting and demonstration classes, the colleagues from Creativity Center of UNI have been introduced to Gazepoint equipment and Virtual Reality sets – software and hardware, which are the equipment of Creativity centre of UBG. The users of CC of UNI got an opportunity to try on these pieces of equipment and to evaluate if their users would like to have them permanently on their disposal. It resulted in their decision to purchase VR sets for their CC in the coming period.

Workshops and trainings


Workshop on collaborative learning
Representatives of UniBA held today very interesting lecture and a workshop in which they trained students from UBG how to apply for jobs and develop personal skills in order to enhance their employability. During 4 hours, they practices various skills – such as: collaborative learning, team work, time management, starting of the start-ups, etc. 

Workshop "Creative Problem Solving" for students held at University of Belgrade
Creativity Center of the University of Belgrade organized a workshop titled "Creative problem solving" on February 25, 2019. This workshop was delivered by academics Richard Morris, Mark Milne, Steven Kilgallon and Tim Katz from the University of Brighton, a UK based partner in the IF4TM project.

Open Inno Gorenje Challenge at UBG
In the premises of Creativity center of UBG, on the 14th of March 2019, UBG has organized a challenge when five teams (32 participants) provided their analysis for the reasons why Gorenje should move their all production facilities to Valjevo, as announced by the company earlier this month. Students investigated and discussed pros and cons for such a decision, taking into account local business environment and global PEST trends. The analysis was performed through SWOT matrix.

Training and networking of the Creativity centres
During two-day meeting and training, the participants have been introduced to Gazepoint equipment

– software and hardware, which will be available for the research purposes in Creativity centre of UBG. The training is given by the professional trainer Nevena Ilic, who has been used this equipment in her everyday work for more than a ten years. Attendants have studied how to set up the appliance and analyse gained in this investigation.

Visit of German students to Creativity Center UBG
During the last week of the January, German students from DHBW visited University of Belgrade. They conducted joint research using eye tracking glasses (brought by the DHBW representatives) in Maxi supermarket. They aimed to investigate the relevance of lightening for the purchase of fruit and vegetables. On that ocasion they have also visited premises of the Creativity Center of UBG and explored technological opportunities of the Center. The highlight of their visit was introduction to Gazepoint eye tracking system, which is the part of CC UBG.

Lecture of the Israel Embassy in Creativity Center
On the 16th of January, Ms. Jenny Sedov, the deputy ambassador of Israel in Serbia gave lecture on the Startup ecosystem of Israel. The lecture is organized by the Creativity center of UBG and Startup center of Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. It has attracted about 20 participants, coming from different faculties of UBG, as well as young entrepreneures.


Open door of the UBG Creativity center
On Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Faculty of Economics, the Creative Center of the University of Belgrade has been launched. All interested students will have the opportunity to implement their ideas there through the most modern technological solutions.
Thus, with the help of 3D printers, one of the devices in the Center, students will be able to make the first prototypes of their products.
